Season 3-EP. #16: When Trauma Holds You Back: Pauline Jones on Moving Beyond Survival
In this episode, we are joined by Pauline Jones. She is a certified life and holistic coach and is a beacon of resilience and empowerment with over 20 years of experience in overcoming trauma and guiding others. Her personal and professional background uniquely qualifies her to support and inspire individuals navigating their own paths to recovery and growth.
📝 OFFER
She can offer hope, motivation, and inspiration. She has had a long, hard journey and has been told by so many that she should not be sane. She has overcome decades of trauma and abuse, endured losing a child, and has lost all hope. She had and is still picking up the pieces from my past and working every day to commit to this journey. She has wanted to quit every day; even now times can be too hard. But she will not stop, and she wants to share that with anyone willing to hear. She made mistakes in her life by not seeking support from the correct people and made overcoming trauma way worse than it could have been. She feels my story can be a guide to those who are not sure how to navigate life after trauma. We need to know that the end of trauma doesn't stop when we are free from it; we have a long battle of recovery ahead of us, and knowing the tools to make that transition easier (because it is never easy) will determine what steps we take.
